Quickbooks, Sage, Free Agent – we’ve tried them all, but in all our accounting experience (and we’ve got a lot!) none of them come close to Xero in terms of its tools and capabilities.
The reason we only work with Xero, is because it makes sure that everything you need to run your business effectively is all joined up. So not only does it take a fraction of the time to do your book-keeping (which keeps your costs down), but it lets you plug in and talk to a whole range of other apps and software, so you can get the information you need fast – whether that’s credit ratings on clients, your cash flow forecast or tracking project costs.

No worries! In terms of set up, we do all the heavy lifting behind the scenes, so the switch for you is quick and painless.
Once you’re all set up, we provide 1:1 training on how to actually use it which means in just a couple of hours you’ll be good to go. Xero is designed to be intuitive, so we promise you this will feel so much easier than any other system you may be using right now (hello Sage users!). When’s the right time to switch?
Right now. A lot of businesses worry they have to wait until the end of the financial year, but that’s not the case. Probably handy to wait until the end of the next VAT quarter, but basically there’s no time like the present because this system will change your life!
What about all the data I already have in other software – will it be lost?
Nope! We can migrate across as much or as little as you want. So you can either opt for a fresh start, or access every bit of historic data you might need.
How will it save me money?
It will 100% save you money in terms of the reduction in time spent on manual processes. But we’ve also found with many of our clients that it helps them to make more money since having a system that is cohesive and easily accessible helps you to spot new opportunities for growth.
So how much does it cost?
It depends on what level of support you need, but it starts at around £10 a month, but you won’t pay more than £30. Most of our clients are on the £24 a month package.
